Please pay attention to select the correct download port in the Menu bar of Arduino 1.5.x software which is conformed to the same USB port showing in your computer while inserting.

Note1:
Arduino Due is a special product of Arduino. By now the compatible Shield with Due is still not so many. This is because there is a little different between class libraries. The Pin Definition of Due is completely consistent with Arduino MEGA 2560's, but their I/O power supply parameters have a little difference. There is a Warning notice on the official website of Arduino Due: http://arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoBoardDue.

Unlike other Arduino boards, the Arduino Due board runs at 3.3V. The maximum voltage that the I/O pins can tolerate is 3.3V. Providing higher voltages, like 5V to an I/O pin could damage the board.
