Blackcat Distribution return policy allows for products purchased from Blackcat Distribution and shipped to locations in the United States to be returned by you after contacting Customer Support. During the 15 day period following date of shipment by Blackcat Distribution for a refund of: 1. full purchase price actually paid If you want to return the item because you do not like it: shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Same applies to items returned by the post office marked as undeliverable. We'll refund the price of the product only. If you want the item shipped to the correct address, you will have to re-purchase it and pay shipping again. 2. full purchase price plus shippingIf you have received damaged, defective merchandise or wrongfully stocked order. Please notify Customer Service within 15 days. The return instructions may be obtained by contacting Blackcat Distribution. Products must be returned with a tracking number available through US Postal Service. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Blackcat Distribution. If you return a Product to Blackcat Distribution (i) without requesting a return instruction and approval from Blackcat Distribution or (ii) beyond the 15 period, or (iii) without proper packaging, Blackcat Distribution retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee.
