Forging Craft: hand polished, water to quench.
Blade:The blade of the sword is carbon steel, already sharpened, with the hamon along the edge of the blade. it has long Hi(blood groove) on both side which not only lightens blade and brings audible feedback when swung, but also can balance the blade to achieve optimal performance. And the blade is also very sharp. You can use it to cut small trees,chop bamboo and slice paper.

Tsuba/Guard:zinc alloy Tsuba (guard). The habaki (blade collar) is a one-piece brass construction.Two seppas(spacer) secure the Tsuba.
Tsuka:hard wooden core wrapped with white imitated ray skin samegawa and black synthetic silk Ito, the fuchi and kashira are made from alloy. The handle is fixed by two mekugi(peg). Two Samurai gun alloy menuki(ornament) are on both side.
Saya:wooden scabbard painting black with pattern and Synthetic black silk Sageo has been tied around the bright copper kurigaga(knob) of the scabbed. The koiguchi has been hardened.
