How to use
Add 1 to 2 teaspoonful of natural yoghurt (without sugar or fruit juice) into the glass jars.
For a preparation time of 5 to 6 hours, heat up the milk to 90°C and allow it to cool to approx. 30°C before use.
If cold milk (at refrigerator temperature) is used, it will take 8 to 9 hours to make yoghurt.
Divide the milk equally into the glass jars and thoroughly mix the yoghurt with the milk.
Dry culture can be used instead of natural yoghurt. Simply follow the instructions given by the manufacturer of this product.
