Q. Will this work with Android and iOS?
A. Yes the bluetooth is compatible with both the mobile operating systems

Q. Is this waterproof?
A. No. The selfie stick itself is not waterproof. It however comes with a free waterproof carrying case, in case you have to protect the selfie stick from getting wet. It does not work underwater.

Q. How long does it take to charge the battery and how long does the battery last?
A. It takes about 1 hour to charge the battery. The standby time is 3 days.

Q. Will my Note 2 be compatible to this product?
A. No. The phone clamp is not wide enough. The clamp can accommodate phone (or phone plus case) widths from 1.96in to 3.14in.

Q. When I click the shutter, nothing happens in my Android Phone Camera App?
A. Android is an open system, the manufacturers change the default Volume Up key mapping. The shutter button on the stick operates the Volume Up key, which should be programmed to actually "take" the picture when you are in the camera app. On some Android phones, when you go into the camera app, you can change the function of what the Volume up key does. If you designate that button in the settings to "take the picture", that will resolve this issue.
