TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS: - The device heats milk to a temperature between 140 - 160 degrees Fahrenheit. This has been determined to be the optimum temperature for drinking since at higher temperature, the foam will dissipate faster. There is no option to adjust this heat setting. - Please make sure the milk is fresh. The milk frother relies on the protein in the milk to make foam. The protein in the old milk starts to decompose even before the expiration date, and thus not able to make foam. It is the protein not the fat content of the milk that produces the foam. - For hot froth please make sure to first place the frothing whisk in place, fill the unit to the max fill line for frothing and then short press the on/off button and release immediately. Both red and blue LED lights will then light up. When the cycle is over the red LED light flashes red indicating the milk is ready.
