The PFS-200B impulse hand sealer features a nice 10mm wide seal. This seal can either be a 10mm wide mesh seal or an embossed code seal. If you want to use the mesh, simply flip the silicone pad over to the mesh side. If you want to emboss numbers, flip the silicone pad to the embossing sides and insert the numbers as needed. Many people like the 10mm mesh seal because it is so wide and durable, making it an excellent option for sealing bags shut. This sealer can seal material up to 20mil or more in total thickness.

Impulse hand sealers seal poly bags and any thermoplastic materials quickly and efficiently without a warm-up time. The PFS-series of sealers are equipped with a plug-in electronic timer to control the sealing time needed for different material thicknesses. Once the timer is set, the sealers will provide a consistently p flat seal. We recommend that the operator hold the seal bar down for a few seconds after the light goes out to ensure that the seal has enough time to cool and set.
