Scenic Driving Indiana

Indiana offers a wide variety of natural beauty and culture. From the rugged highlands above the Ohio River to the dunes and ocean-sized vistas of the Lake Michigan shores, scenic drives abound in the Hoosier State. This book covers 29 scenic drives across the state, including the historic, cultural, and natural features along each route. Doug Wissing is an eight-generation descendant of 18th century French fur traders who settled in Indiana. A graduate of Indiana University, he has a long-time interest in the history and culture of the state. Doug has had more than 75 articles published regionally and nationally. The father of two, Doug resides in Bloomington, Indiana.
