State of the art internal filler bags used in conjunction with Sandbag Training Outer Bags to add weight for workouts. Fillers are constructed of industrial strength 1000D Nylon with two stages of velcro fastening to prevent leakage. The medium bags weigh up to 30 pounds each when filled with sand and can be used with any manufacturer's outer shells. Dimensions are 27 inches long by 9 inches wide and are sized to what some manufacturer's call the "Strength or Burly" Package. The small bags weigh up to 15 pounds each when filled with sand and can be used with any manufacturer's outer shells. Dimensions are 19 inches long by 7 inches wide and are sized to fit ant size outer shell.
