Because infrared light is invisible to the human eye, they will not know they are being recorded in the dark. The SEB-1005R are rated IP66, making them both dust and weather proof. The SED-1001R are ideal for indoor use. Lastly, they are connected and powered to your DVR system by a single cable, making installation a snap.
