Safe Heart iOximeter Smartphone Pulse Oximeter for iPhone, iPad (1st Generation)
This product was featured at Engadget Expand and CES 2014. The iOximeter is a pulse oximeter for Smart Phones. When used in conjunction with the free iOximeter app from the App Store or the Google Play Store, the iOximeter measures your pulse rate and oxygen saturation. The App also features the ability to set alarms for high and low Heart Rate and Oxygen Saturation. The recording feature allows you to chart your data over time. No batteries are needed. The iOximeter is one of the only fitness products that's powered entirely by your device's headphone jack. This saves power versus using a Bluetooth connection. There's no charger needed because there's no battery to charge. Just plug the included headphone cable of your iOximeter to your iPhone or Android phone, and off you go! FOR ANDROID USERS: Please note that due to the different hardwares available for Android phones, not all phone & tablet models are supported.
