*A single transmission efficient bytes: 1-31 bytes.
*Bytes 0 system, packet length for each transmission statistics; Such as serial port to send "123" (ASCII, 3 bytes), the actual transmission bytes 0 to 3, and the receiver should be according to the actual processing bytes of data to determine the length of the received data packets.
