The Hurdle has 3 basic positions. And with a quick twist of the legs you can adjust your hurdle to all 3. The first adjustment takes your hurdle to its shortest height of 8 inches, perfect for speed, knee lift and agility training. The second adjustment takes your hurdle to its highest adjustment of 12 inches, an ideal height for optimizing plyometrics and lower body power. The third adjustment is the storage adjustment which allows your hurdles to lay down flat and stack uniformly on top of each other. The swivel adjust also has the added benefit of safety. If you land on the hurdle, the legs will swivel and collapse on itself instead of breaking.
