One 17 foot speed agility ladder comes with a good quality nylon carry bag, two integrated attached cinch straps to keep your ladder 100% tangle free, and a get you started speed drills DVD. The side rails are black polypro webbing. Super strong. The ladder has high quality plastic rungs spaced approx. 20 inches apart. The plastic rungs are flat (no ankle rollover). They are adjustable but will not move out of place during normal use. It can be used on any surface indoors or outdoors. The ladder has rubber ends on the rungs which helps the ladder to not slide out of place. You can wear any sports shoes when training with this ladder, even cleats. Good for all sports. BONUS: Free training dvd that includes three sections of training. It has beginner, intermediate, and advanced training. There are 125 drills total. What the dvd is: The dvd is broke down into three section as mention above. Each drill is demonstrated three times. Once in real time, once in slow motion and finishes in real time. There is a slight pause in-between each drill to give you a good place to pause the dvd if you want to practice the drill.
