SHUNYATA-BEING-FEMININE-IS-DIVINE-SHUNYATA-1--2

SHUNYATA is based in the genre of speculative fiction and has very strong elements of Tantra woven into it. Deeply entrenched in the traditions of eastern mysticism, my work is totally research oriented, as you can see from the list of references I have provided at the end of the book.
It is the story of woman€s waking consciousness and the simultaneous unfolding of her life€s journey on the mystic path.
The first book, Shunyata 1, has three sections : KARMA, DESTINY, EVOLUTION; beginning from the utterly dystopic existence of the female protagonist, her insecurities, troubles and dilemma, going beyond all of which she arrives at her preceptor's doorstep, a world totally different from one she considered her own. The last section describes the Guru€s testing device and Shunyata€s, the protagonist€s, quantum leap into existence.
The story continues further in part 2, Moksha, dealing with retro- cognition, alternative history and future events of her life.
The protagonist travels countries and astral worlds to discover the mysterious and anti-mundane, waking up to para- realities we are normally oblivious of, but those that definitely exist.
While the first part can be considered the bildungsroman, the second sees the maturity and evolution of the central character, with the unpredictable gains and losses as life provides.
Tantra is one of the very few and numbered esoteric paths that provides women with equal opportunities of growth in mysticism, without any gender bias, and this story depicts its lesser known practices and reaches.
It ends on a note of hopefulness and promise of the future; as life continues so will the story.
There is a strong underlying current of romance throughout the book, for no one€s life story can be complete without the intensity of the emotion of love, and the pain and paradox that arise with it. Disillusioned by a failed marriage, the heroine, after much heartbreak does find solace and enduring intimacy with a Deva and as a final note in part two, mothers his children. But here again, rather than end, the story will take a new turn and lead her on new personal journeys, for the river must eventually meet the ocean.
The third installment: Mahamudra, focuses on deeper esoteric concepts of Bardo and Kalchakra, very important components of Vajrayana Buddhism. Upon losing the physical presence of her preceptor, our heroine Shunyata launches herself into an exploration of the death process. Herein is an altogether new learning process that proves to be propadeutic for her next adventure : the Kalachakra and subsequent enlightenment.
The journey that began from the mundane climaxes into a supranormal existence.
