.......SALE, SALE, SALE!!! Until December 22nd. In Time for Christmas! ........ Was $40, now only $29!.... Mid 1800s Hand-Water-colored Costume plate, published in the Netherlands. The copy under the figure of the dark man (black man) holding a bow and arrow is: "INDOORLING VAN WANIKORO" ----- Double matted with interior mat being folded so one side is the cut-out and the other side is where the print is archive-mounted at the top two corners to hang freely. --- Some darker age spots appear at the lower right. Flaws can be seen on the photos here. ---- Size of print is 6" x 10". Outside size of the mat is 12" x 15"---- we only have one exactly like this to sell, though we have many in the series by the same publisher. Great gift for historians, costumers and designers, theatre people, art collectors.
