When in jail, they all discover of Ronan's evil intentions to destroy the galaxy with the Infinity Stone and realize that they could get a huge pay off by helping Gamora bring the stone to her mysterious buyer. During their short time in prison, Gamora is almost killed by the powerful inmate Drax, who says his wife and child were murdered by her adoptive brother Ronan. When he learns they are all working together to take Ronan down and save the galaxy, he decides to join them on their incredible quest.
