WarrantyRokenbok Toy Company warrants that the Control Center and Control Pad are free from all defects in material and workmanship for a lifetime when owned by original purchaser and used under normal conditions.6 Month Limited Warranty on all Plastics, Mechanical and Other Parts.Rokenbok Toy Company warrants that all plastics, mechanical and other parts are free from all defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of original purchase when used under normal conditions. During this period, should the product fail to perform properly, Rokenbok will, at its discretion, either repair or replace it. Such repair or replacement shall be free of charge only upon presentation of a sales slip with proof of the purchase date and sent to the Rokenbok Toy Company Customer Service Department. Purchaser is responsible for the shipping the product to the Rokenbok Toy Company Service Department at the address indicated and for all associated freight and insurance costs in connection with such shipping. Rokenbok will incur the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item to you. This warranty is void if the owner repairs or modifies the product in any way before shipping it to Rokenbok. This warranty does not cover damage or injury resulting from unreasonable use, unauthorized repairs, improper care or storage or out of warranty service. This warranty excludes any liability other than that expressly stated above and expressly excludes any incidental or consequential damages except for those states or countries and only to the extent that such states or countries, allow incidental or consequential damages.
