Note: The Nespresso original capsules uses different roast profiles in one blend, making the taste more intense. If you are using single origin coffee, you can try mixing two roasting profiles to get a better intensity. Please make sure to use a fairly fine grind (between Espresso and Mocha). If the coffee is too coarse, it will result a more watery coffee. If the grind is too fine, the density inside the capsule might be too tight as it can lead to a restricted water flow.
