Make sure your carb is cleaned, all jets and passages are clear, pilot jet and leak jet is clear of blockage first. These are also possible reasons why your bike is popping, abnormal idle, and other problems. I recommend you physically remove your pilot jet and check it for blockage. Many ethanol-based pumpgas can clog pilot jets over time. If your pilot jet or leak jet is clogged/blocked, you must first clear the blockage before installing this item. This item is best used after all other carb rebuilding and proper maintenance is complete.
