This tie down attachment has a 1,200 lb. vertical pull weight rating. The ring is compressed together, not welded. To install this attachment requires routing, or cutting a hole in the floor. This steel attachment is ZINC ATTACHMENT to inhibit corrosion. It is not recommended utilizing two tie down straps to one attachment. To obtain maximum strength it is recommended to install these d-rings with bolts, lock nuts, and fender washers (wide diameter).
