when the next screen comes up, at the top it would Indicate - AUDIO - DTS 5.1 - Dolby Stereo
You'll see a little musical note next to DTS 5.1
*click on Dolby stereo
*Then click on 'main' at the bottom to return to menu Since you have effectively turned off the 5.1, The DVD will now play with audio.
