Ray to the Rescue: An Island Tale

Ray to the Rescue, An Island Tale is a brightly illustrated picture book. The story of a young manta ray who rescues a little girl lost overboard in a storm at sea near a tropical island. Along the way he encounters various sea and land creatures, among them a sea turtle, starfish and octopus. Through his quest he learns a lot about the differences in the world and an appreciation for his own family. He perseveres with courage, determination and conviction to help his new friend. The illustrations are by the author.
