The RS family of mounts provides a platform for modernization with no required modifications to any components. Specifically engineered and designed from the ground up for the Kalashnikov rifle, RS mounts provide the combat durability and reliability the Kalashnikov demands. The AK-300 mount system from RS Products LLC is a rugged family of mounts for all side rail equipped Kalashnikov rifles. Based on the highly successful and exceptionally durable RS proprietary technology, the AK-300 system adds the capability to change upper optic mounts as needed and to position optics not only directly over-bore, but front-to-back. The AK-300 system also introduces the new low profile RS lock system built with titanium that does not protrude from the mount or into the trigger guard area. These new innovations combine with an industry leading ultra-low profile and the industries lightest weight, while maintaining combat worthy reliability. In-house and independent testing has verified perfect return to zero even after repeated removal and reinstallation cycles and abusive testing revealed no shortcomings. The only modular side mount Kalashnikov system available anywhere, the AK-300 family also provides co-witness on most optics and over-bore centering on any Kalashnikov rifle equipped with a side rail. The AK-300 family of mounts provides optic mounts for red dots, reflex optics and fixed magnification optics.
