ROBERT MONROE'S ALTERED STATES - Go to Focus 15 and turn left!
If you ever wondered about what you would experience at other levels of consciousness, without taking any drugs, read this booklet of 6,800 words (37 pages of text).
George Schwimmer, Ph.D., went to The Monroe Institute (TMI) in Virginia, which was founded by broadcast executive Robert Monroe, who had out-of-body experiences and then wrote three books about them, the first being JOURNEYS OUT OF THE BODY.
Dr. Schwimmer was at TMI for six days, took along a small tape recorder and vocally recorded almost everything he experienced while in altered states. Although such states may not seem communicable, Dr. Schwimmer was already a trained psychic and thus able to have a great many visual and auditory experiences which he has described clearly. This is strictly his record of his experiences at TMI, and no more.
Dr. Schwimmer has had thirty-five years of metaphysical experience, as a past-life therapist, a spirit-releasement therapist, Reiki healer, past-life reader, and trained shaman. He has written a number of books and booklets, which are available on Kindle:
