Make ID cards in house using seamless butterfly pouches with Teslin paper and an EasyIDea ID card laminator. These butterfly pouches are 10 mil thick and produce a 30 mil card when using 10 mil Artisyn or Teslin sheets. 30 mil is the standard thickness of all ID cards. These pouches also have a 1/2" HiCo magnetic stripe that can be encoded with our EasyIDea MSR206 Magnetic Stripe Encoder. All of our butterfly pouches are 2.125"x3.375", the standard size for cards found in a wallet. By inserting printed Teslin paper inserts between the flaps and laminating it, one can produce seamless, secure identification cards that can be used for any purpose.
