The Qwest Metal Detector utilizes digital circuitry coupled with automatic sensitivity adjustment to detect larger precious metals buried up to 3' deep (4.75" sensitivity for a U.S. quarter). The LCD display shows the probable type of metal with an arrow, the depth of the target, DISC/NOTCH range, the level of SENS with segment, the operating mode, and low battery indication. It has 3 distinctive sounds indicating different metals. Plus, it automatically discriminates between precious and non-precious metals so you won't waste time digging up junk.
