Starbar Ranch is situated in the high desert area of Arizona. We are an Organic centered Ranch(not certified),where no insecticides nor pesticides are used on the Ranch. Additionally,we raise 3,500 lbs of organic Barley Grass in two Hydroponic chambers to feed to our Beef and Pigs on a daily basis. Our pigs are Hampshire/Yorkshire crosses,better known as Old Heritage Breeds. What is means to you is they are the other "Pink" meat where taste and tenderness have not been engineered out of the final product.Our Lard can be used for old fashioned cooking and baking.
