Pork Clouds - Set of 3 (Cinnamon Ceylon)
We take a salt cured pork skin with the fat melted off and cook it in pure olive oil using a unique process. This results in light fluffy crisps with the fat content of potato chips and a significant amount of protein. These crisps are seasoned with a very light dust of Cinnamon Ceylon and cane sugar, yielding a lightly sweet cinnamon crisp vaguely reminiscent of a churro. www.PorkClouds.com
