The Bel-Art 248808503 Plum duo-bottle covered eyewash station has pH neutralizing solution and sterile saline for rinsing eyes after injury from acid, alkali, or particulates. Each duo-bottle washes both eyes simultaneously. The pH neutralizing solution neutralizes acids and alkalis in less than 20 seconds. The sterile saline mimics human tears to remove dust and particulates, or to rinse after using the pH neutralizing solution. The covered station is wall-mountable, and pictograms and polished metal mirror ensure correct operation. The 1000mL bottle has an approximate rinse time of five minutes, and the 500mL bottle has an approximate rinse time of two minutes. The station includes all mounting hardware.
