The GE-1 AF Confirm Lens Adapter ¨C B4 2/3¡± Canon Fujinon Lens to Canon EOS camera body. Besides for making financial sense, this allows you to use your favorite lens across different camera platforms. The all-metal adapter is designed to fit the lens securely, yet can still be removed easily when not needed.

It gives you confirmation signal in viewfinder once you focus objective accurately.

Allows adjust aperture & focal length, EXIF is 1mm-65535mm, f1.1-f64.
Programming setting:
1. Set the maximum aperture on lens.
2. Set the desired aperture on camera.
3. Focus and meter the object, when focus is achieved.
4. Set the lens aperture to the same desired aperture as the camera setting.
5. Press shutter button and take the picture.

The ring has THREE setting modes:
Mode 0- enter lens¡¯ maximum aperture.
Mode 1- enter lens¡¯ focal length.
Mode 2- enter lens¡¯ focus micro adjustment.
Turn the aperture dial to specific aperture value and press shutter button to enter a desired setting mode.

Note:
Although the lens will fit physically, autofocus, automatic diaphragm (AE metering), and other functions dependent on communication between camera body and lens will be disrupted by the lens adapter. You will need to focus manually, and to set exposures manually or meter in aperture priority (stop-down) mode. If the lens does not have a manual aperture collar, the aperture will be stopped down to its smallest f/stop. Focusing to infinity is retained.
