The Pitsco 38334 TETRIX 12V Rechargeable NiMH Battery Pack and Charger includes the 39057 TETRIX 12-Volt Rechargeable NiMH Battery Pack and a 39057 NiMH Battery Pack Charger for students in grades 9-12 building TETRIX robotics projects. The 12V rechargeable NiMH battery pack supplies power to TETRIX motors and electrical components. The 10-cell battery pack includes a 20-amp built-in replaceable fuse for safety, and it has a 3,000-mAh capacity for battery life. The charger detects the battery pack voltage and adjusts to provide the proper charging voltage for safe charging. It cuts off power automatically when the battery pack is fully charged to protect the battery from over current, short circuit, and reverse polarity.
