Piano Music Wire Kit - 12 Coils 1/3 Lbs. Each with Brake Piano String

Piano wire kit contains 12 coils, each weighing approximately 1/3 pound. Imported from Germany, this high quality piano string is made from the finest grade steel. Tolerances are held to .0003. This is enough wire to string all of the treble mutes on most pianos. The following sizes are included:

These coils come with the upgraded brake option, allowing for easy measuring and cutting of the piano coil (as compared to simply a coil of wire that is going to uncoil and spill everywhere).

The highly resilient quality of music wire frequently makes it difficult to handle, especially when attempting to dispense it from unsupported coils. This wire dispenser provides an easy means of handling wire, allowing for closer measurements before cutting, a straightened wire during dispensing, and preventing the tarnish of the steel wire from oily finger contact.
