The stickers are brand new and packaged as in the picture. How to apply: 1. Nails must be clean and polish must be dry. 2. Choose which designs you wish to use and cut them out. 3. Take your first cut out and plunge it into water for 10 to 20 seconds. 4. Moisten the nail and place the cut out in the desired place. 5. Blow dry to fix in place. 6.
