Parker 16B32A18A2BCG Modular Three Piece Filter/Regulator/Lubricator, 1/2" NPT, Polycarbonate with Metal Bowl Guard, Twist Drain, 40 micron, 90 scfm, Relieving Type, 2-125 psig Pressure Range, with Gauge, with Port Blocks
This Parker 16B32A18A2BCG filter, pressure regulator, and lubricator three-piece combination is part of the Prep-Air II Compact Series for pneumatic systems. The filter removes oil, water, and particulate as small as 40 micron; the regulator is a relieving type for venting excess pressure from the line; and the lubricator delivers oil over a wide range of air flows, with an adjustable delivery rate. The regulator and lubricator have polycarbonate bowls for resistance to oil, gas, and impact, with a metal guard for protection. The regulator has a twist drain, and the lubricator has a fill plug. This element/regulator/lubricator unit has an operating pressure range of 2 to 125 pounds per square inch gauge (psig) and a high-flow 1/2" National Pipe Thread (NPT) port for a flow rate of 90 standard cubic feet per minute (scfm).
Compressed air filters remove pollutants and submicronic contaminants from clean air in compressed air handling and preparation systems. Clean compressed air provides and controls energy, conveys materials, and is critical to the safe operation of equipment in many industries. Compressed air filters remove particulates (dirt), oil, water, and oil vapor. They can be combined with other units, integrating with either a regulator, which controls excess pressure for better performance, or a lubricator, which adds oil mist to the air, or both. They are typically constructed of metal, such as zinc or type 316 stainless steel, or transparent polycarbonate, and are available with optional indicators, gauges, and drain configurations depending on the application. Compressed air filters are used in a wide range of applications, including food processing, electronics, health care, and instrumentation, among others.
