Papo Wild Animal Kingdom Figure, Grizzly Bear, Brown
Nicknamed the €˜brother of Man' by the native Americans, the Grizzly bear, which can grow up to 2.7 meters tall, is one of the most powerful and intimidating animals in the world. Originating from North America, the Grizzly bear is believed to be the second most powerful mammal after the Polar bear. Its dark brown coat with shades of blonde and black is tinged with grey (Grizzled), and this is how this omnivore earned its name. Grizzly bears live alone and their diet includes mostly plants. However, they are known to enjoy eating fish, ants, bees - or even an Elk - especially in the summertime, when the Grizzly bear needs to be well fed in preparation for hibernation. Winter is approaching.
