Our Oxygen Absorbers absorb 180 to 300% of their rating, giving you a buffer of safety and each package contains an oxygen indicator to guarantee freshness. 2000CC OAPs are typically used in a 5 Gallon container, but if there is going to be a pocket of air or you are storing an item with high air content like pasta, cereal, potato flakes,... you may want to use more.
