Our radio is fully compatible with both Bose and factory sound Audi vehicles. Radio will include all harnesses, cables, GPS antenna, GPS map, and needed accessories to complete full installation. Once installed completely, you will be able to use all radio features advertised: AM/FM Tuner, CD/DVD Player, SD Card port, AUX port, Bluetooth, and GPS Navigation. Although the radio can be operated while vehicle is in motion, this feature is disabled by OttoNavi to comply with DMV regulations. This feature can be easily locked or unlocked via radio's settings and if unlocked by driver, the installer/customer is responsible for any fees or fine for violating DMV policies. In addition it will support any GPS navigation software compatible with Windows CE OS such as iGo. Please use legal, authorized navigation maps as we have seen many pirated GPS navigation maps have missing files resulting in GPS errors. GPS navigation maps can be downloaded from the Internet or purchased direct from OttoNavi with your order. Unfortunately, we do charge an additional fee for GPS maps. Our custom designed faceplate and wiring harness provides a full direct plug and Play (DPAP) installation for our customers. More importantly, our direct plug and Play (DPAP) will help customers install the radio without modifying his/her dash or cutting/hardwiring harnesses. The harness will plug into the rear of the radio and the other end will have plugs that will match with your existing stock factory plugs. This radio will replace your current factory radio entirely and after installation is complete, customer should not have any spaces or gaps between the edges of radio and his/her dash. Please note: this radio is not compatible as a direct plug and Play install if your vehicle currently has the Audi factory navigation radio screen.
