Our Toasted Barley (the ACE of surrogates) is roasted on wood coals using the traditional methods passed on from generation to generation. It makes a light and delicious natural drink containing no stimulants, to be enjoyed by both adults and children, and particularly by those involved in sports. Add milk to it and you will get a delicious drink called "Cappuccino senesino".

Preparations: with a coffee maker, same way you make coffee (do not pack the product densely); with moka espresso, same way you make coffee (do not fill the filter to the brim); turkish style, add hot water (1 soup spoon for each portion) and boil for three minutes. Having reached the desired colour, add a glass of cold water, and filter through colander.

Ingredients: this product is made from pure Barley coming from selected plantations and containing no GM product. This product contains gluten.
