Quickly and Easily Replace the Worn-out Stylus on your 2M Red Replacing the stylus on a 2M series Ortofon cartridge is simplicity itself. Gently slide the black plastic part of the cartridge forward (it's a press fit) until it slides off. Then, reverse the process with the new stylus. Once fully seated, your new 2M stylus is ready for action, no further adjustments are required. The 2M Red features a tipped elliptical diamond stylus .
