Our heirloom Dark Tahitian Vanilla can be added to almost any food to maximize both flavor and aroma. The Vanilla Planifolia, or Vanilla Orchid, is grown on the islands of the South Pacific, where the Vanilla "bean" is harvest from the flower by hand. After curing in the sun for days, the vanilla is ground into a fine powder and packaged at a Certified Organic facility. For more than 6 centuries, natural vanilla has provided spectacular flavoring and aroma to perfumes, foods, beverages, and the world at large.
