This USB contains a bootable 64-to-32 bit installer for Old Mac Pro 1,1 / 2,1 (2006/2007 only). With the modified "boot.efi" kernel, you will be able to upgrade directly to Yosemite 10.10 from a previous OS X (10.6.8) without losing important documents and files. To run Yosemite, your Mac will need 2GB of RAM, 8GB of available storage and at least OS X 10.6.8, You will need to upgrade your video card. For best optimization upgrade to Nvidia GeForce 8800GT or AMD 2600 XT/ ATI Radeon 4870 /5770 /5870 /NVIDIA GeForce GT120 (7300GT slow graphics). Once you have installed Yosemite 10.10, your installation will be upgradable to 10.10.2 through applestore. How to use: 1) Power off your compatible Apple Mac machine (Mac Pro (1,1/2,1); Mac mini 2,1); 2) Plug in the supplied USB stick; 3) Power on your Apple Mac whilst holding down the alt key; 4) You will now be presented with the beginning of the installation!
