Compatible with older styles 3.00.207.036.00, 3.00.210.002.00.

Works with BetaDrive and DeltaDrive Okin Lift Chair Motors with a 2 pin (FLAT/ROUND) connection.

Battery Back up: (2) 9 volt batteries (batteries not included).

Power Cord and Motor to transformer cable is NOT included. This can be purchased from us separately or as a Kit.
