The obverse features a rendering of the Preamble to America's founding document. The reverse features the text of the Second Amendment and includes a quote from Thomas Jefferson that reads: "No Free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms."     Minted in a brass alloy and coated with an antique bronze finish, this coin comes packaged with a header card that highlights the history and mission of the National Rifle Association.
