Happy Valley Clover Honey has a luminescent white colour and a fudgy consistency. Featuring citrus, vanilla bean and coconut flavors, it's sweet taste makes it the perfect spread for artisan breads, fresh pastries or toast, or simply enjoy a spoonful!

Happy Valley Clover Honey's creamed consistency means it spreads like butter at room temperature, is thick, creamy, and unlike liquid honey, it doesn't drip. Considered one of the finest hive products available, it's creamed consistency is achieved by controlled granulation of the honey which results in extremely small crystals that are undetectable to the human eye. No air or whipping agents have been added to this product, just 100% New Zealand honey.
