New Prescription Lens for the Universal Navigator Scuba Diving & Snorkeling Mask (-2.0 Diopter Left)


A New Standard for Today's Diving & Snorkeling Enthusiasts....

We have in stock, every diopter from -1.0 to -8.5 in 1/2 diopter increments for near-sighted divers. When you purchase the "Universal Navigator" mask along with the two prescription lens from us, you will receive the mask with 2 pre-cut lens professionally installed and pressure tested for leaks. Please do not mistake these pre-cut lens as add-on lens. They are pre-ground and inserted into your mask in place of the standard flat lens.

For those customers only requiring lens for reading their gauges (similar to reading glasses), we even offer pre-cut bifocal lens where the top portion is plain glass and the bottom half can have a diopter anywhere from +1.0 to +4.0 in 1/2 diopter increments.

Beyond that, we can even offer other lenses for customers who are far-sighted and require positive diopter full lens ranging from +1.0 to +3.0 in 1/2 diopter increments. In other words, the pre-cut lens is a positive diopter from top to bottom. Please inquire about these particular lens or see them in our other listings.

To determine the proper prescription lens needed, simply start by looking at the second number (cylindrical) of your prescription and see if it is equal to or greater than "1.0" (+ or -). If it is greater, then cut that figure in half and algebraically add it to the first number (spherical). If the cylindrical is less than "1.0" (+ or -), you can ignore it.

Since the final figure may fall somewhere in between the pre-ground lens, simply round off to the nearest diopter.
