The Neutec F202A0176 Model ZX3 Advanced Vortex Mixer has variable speed of 0 to 3,000rpm for gentle shaking to rapid vortexing of samples, and can be operated by touch or in continuous mode. This mixer comes with a cup head for mixing a single test tube. Additional interchangeable mixing heads for holding microplates and various tube sizes are available (sold separately). The mixer is Ingress Protection certified IP42 against solid objects over 1mm and against direct sprays of water up to 15 degrees from the vertical. It has four anti-slip feet and a zinc alloy base for stability. Vortex shakers are commonly used in laboratories to mix liquids.
