The National Scientific C4000-180W Target DP Assembled Vial Kit is a 2mL, 9mm screw thread vial and cap kit for use with an autosampler. The kit includes 100 vial assemblies consisting of clear glass, flat-bottom vials and open-top, flangeless caps with inserted septa. Made of clear Type 1, Class A, 33 expansion borosilicate glass, the vials measure 12mm in diameter and 32mm in height, and have a write-on label with graduations marked at 0.5mL, 1.0mL, and 1.5mL. The useable volume is 1.5mL. The caps are made of blue polypropylene with ivory polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and red rubber septa that are chemically resistant, have moderate resealability, and allow penetration by thin-bore general chromatography needles. The vial assemblies are arranged in a storage tray with a clear lid. Autosampler vials are used to hold scientific and medical samples.
