The National Scientific 8-425 SO Assembled Vial Kit is a 2mL, 8-245 screw thread vial and cap kit for use with an autosampler. The kit includes 100 vial assemblies consisting of clear glass, flat-bottom vials and open-top, flangeless caps with inserted septa. Made of clear Type 1, Class A, 33 expansion borosilicate glass, the vials measure 12mm in diameter and 32mm in height, and have a useable volume of 1.5mL. The caps are made of black phenolic resin with red polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and white silicone septa that are chemically resistant and highly resealable. The vial assemblies are arranged in a stackable storage tray with a clear lid. Autosampler vials are used to hold scientific and medical samples.
