This unit was removed from The State of North Carolina during an upgrade and was functional when removed. We powered it on and it appears to be functional. Cosmetically it shows normal signs of use with some scuffs and scratches (please see pictures). We did not fill it with water so we were not able to test it any further. We do have 2 of these and the bracket to make it a double stack. Please email us if you are interested in both. Comes with power cords. Due to our limited working knowledge and/or lack of additional equipment for this item no further testing was performed. We have no reason to believe it is not fully functional but cannot guarantee it since we could not fully test it. Item is sold AS-IS
